Joris Crone is an associate at Kalff Katz & Franssen working in the Practice Group Gaming & gambling.
Joris obtained his Master’s degree in European Law from Utrecht University. During his studies, Joris already focused on Europe’s gaming and gambling sector. Early on in his studies, he wrote about loot boxes and their implications for the EU Single Market. Joris finished his academic career with his Master’s thesis on harmonisation and online gambling, titled: Folding the Better Hand: Harmonisation of Law and Online Gambling in the European Union.
