Frank Tolboom is partner at the Gaming & gambling practice group of Kalff Katz & Franssen. He has a strong focus on regulation, licensing and compliance and has been involved in various sanction proceedings.
For more than 10 years Frank has been advising clients active in the (social) gaming and gambling industry and related sectors (media, payments and (e)sports) primarily on regulatory and compliance matters, licence application proceedings and civil and administrative litigation.
Frank is general member of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL) and AIJA. He regularly speaks as gaming & gambling law expert at major industry conferences and contributes to key trade journals.
Frank Tolboom has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):
– General law practice
Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
