On 7 December 2022, Global Legal Group published the International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) on Gambling 2023. The ninth edition covers common topics and issues in gambling laws and regulations across many jurisdictions, including relevant authorities and legislation, application for a licence and enforcement.

The chapter on the Netherlands, written by Dr Alan Littler and Joris Crone, covers both the remote and land-based gambling landscape.
