KKF moderates panel on Sports Betting & Sponsoring at annual conference of “Sponsorreport”

On 23 November 2021, the annual conference of “Sponsorreport” took place in Ahoy Rotterdam.

Frank Tolboom was the moderator of a panel on Betting & Sponsoring. The five featured speakers were:

• Peter-Paul de Goeij, Managing Director of NOGA (Netherlands Online Gambling Association);
• Peter Rovers, Commercial Director of Vitesse;
• Chris Woerts , Director of CWO Consultancy;
• Arno de Jong, Chief Marketing Officer of NLO; and
• Charlotte van Roosmalen, Manager Marketing & Communication of JVH gaming & entertainment group.

The latest developments on sports betting, the significance of the Dutch remote gambling market on sponsorship and the regulatory uncertainties surrounding advertising and sponsoring were amongst the topics being discussed.
