Jelle Duijn

Jelle has been working at Kalff Katz & Franssen since 2016. Jelle advises and litigates on behalf of clients active in the gaming and gambling sector and related industries. He specializes in civil law, with a focus on consumer and contract law.

Jelle received his master’s degree in law from the University of Amsterdam. During his master’s, Jelle already worked full time at a law firm as a paralegal. His thesis on Consumer protection in crowdfunding projects was awarded the M.H. Bregstein prize for best civil law thesis. Before joining Kalff Katz & Franssen, Jelle worked for a firm that specialized in class action lawsuits.

Jelle Duijn has registered the following main (and sub) areas of law in the register of the Dutch Bar Association:

– Civil procedural law

Pursuant to this registration, he is obliged to obtain ten points in each registered main area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
