Posted on 9 October 2019 by Justin Franssen

The Kalff Katz & Franssen partnership has appointed Frank Tolboom as equity partner. Frank Tolboom is part of the Gaming practice group that has grown rapidly in recent years.

The Gaming practice group serves the top of the international gaming and gambling sector and has a leading position in this field within the Dutch legal profession. Frank Tolboom focuses in particular on administrative procedural law, sanctions law, public affairs, licensing, and advising mostly listed companies in the sector.

Justin Franssen, chair of the practice group says: “Frank has been one of the driving forces behind the growth of our successful practice group for many years. The step taken to equity partnership is therefore a logical and well-deserved one. We anticipate further growth in line with the controlled opening of the online gaming market. We are well-positioned in this market segment and Frank joining the partnership is the culmination of many years of excellent cooperation.”

Partner Frank Tolboom: “The Gaming practice group has an excellent reputation in the market. I see my new role as partner as a great challenge. I look forward to working with the close-knit team to strengthen and further develop the leading position in our niche market.”
